It may be how I'm looking at the pic, but it looks like the mouth doesn't completely match with the direction the face is facing.

Aside from that small complaint, I think it looks very nice. I like the use of red and the drops of blood on her hand. Coupled with the background, it makes for an appropriate setting.

It's not just you :) i know there's something unbalanced in this drawing too, but don't know how to fix it :P I was never so good with anatomy anyways ^^;
